Cashmere Players in FIFA Oceania Confederation tournament in Fiji James Gribbin and Liam O'Brien are playing in the Mainland Soccer Canterbury High Performance Team who are representing New Zealand in the FIFA Oceania Confederation tournament in Fiji in July. This will be a great opportunity for James, Liam and the other boys. The Team's Manager, Danny Halligan has organised a fund raising evening at Rebel Sports at Moorhouse this Friday 30th between 6-8pm. There will be a 20% discount and Rebel then donate 5% to the team (entry only permitted with a leaflet - click here for your copy).

Cashmere Players in Friendship Games in Sydney April MacNeill, Kate Duncraft, Teresa Corria and Brittany Duncraft are off to the Friendship Games this weekend with the Mainland Soccer under 14 Girls HPC team. After a lot of hard work fundraising we all know you will enjoy yourselves, good luck with your trip.

Congratulations Mark Anderson, Coach of the Cashmere Wanderers 9th Grade team has been appointed to the role of 13th Grade coach for Mainland Soccer. Peter Roberts, Mainland's Acting Director of Football has announced that Mark will select a squad to play in the South Island Championship in Queenstown in September. Mark has had previous experience managing last years 15th Grade team in Timaru.
