Registration:

Its still not too late if you haven’t already registered, registration forms are available from our website  www.cashmerefootball.co.nz

 

If you have registered and still not yet paid we would appreciate if you could forward your payment immediately, remember if you pay before 9th April the $30 discount applies, please post payment to:

Team Lists:

Team lists are being worked on at present and final lists for all teams will be posted on our website Sunday 11 April. Team coaches will be in touch as soon as teams are finalised. NB lists for Div1/Div 2 teams are already available on our website www.cashmerefootball.co.nz

 

 

Season Start dates:

Season kicks off for 10th Grade and above on Saturday 17 April 2010 (note this is the last weekend of the school holidays).

 

7-9th Grade will kick off on 24th April (note we are still to finalise the start date for starters but it will more than likely be the 24th April).

 

 

Holiday Programme:

This popular programme will again be running for the two weeks of the April school holidays. To enroll, please complete a registration form (available on the website or contact Fred Simpson, freds@cashmerefootball.co.nz . All sessions are at Somerfield Park. Please note: a registration form must be completed as it provides us with contact numbers in case of emergency or accident.

 

First Week        6th – 9th April

10am – 12 noon             6 – 8 years

1pm – 3pm                    8 – 10 years                Cost = $25.00

 

Second Week    12th – 15th April

11am – 3.30pm 10th – 14th Grades                     Cost = $40.00

 

 

Gear Returns:

If you still have any Cashmere Wanderers playing strip (shirts, jackets, bags) please return it asap as we will soon be sorting out gear for the new season. You can drop it (in a named bag) at the Cashmere Club or contact Linda lindaf@cashmerefootball.co.nz  to arrange return.

 

We are having a gear sort out on Sunday 8th April at 9.30am any assistance you can offer is most appreciated. If you can help please meet at the Cashmere club at 9.20am.

 

 

Help required:

We are holding a working bee to help put up the goal posts for this season, if you can help with this please meet at Centennial park Saturday 10th April 9am.

 

 

Coaches evening:

We will be holding the following coaches evenings to hand out gear, team lists and discuss the upcoming season.

 

10th and above:

Tuesday 23rd March, 7.30pm at the Cashmere Club

 

In-house Development  7-9th Grade

Wednesday 7th April  7pm at the Cashmere Club

 

 

Referees Course:

Introductory Level Course: This is a 3-4 hour course taking a basic view of the LotG. This course is suitable for those who want to become Club Based Referees, Junior Referees or just want to gain a better knowledge of the LotG. This can be held on a day of the weekend, on one weeknight evening or over two week nights. This also includes a test at the end of the course

 

2010 Canterbury Introductory Level Course dates:

Course 1 Christchurch: English Park Wednesday 7th April 2010 (6pm–10pm)

Course 2 Christchurch: English Park Monday 17th May 2010 (6pm–10pm)

Course 3 Christchurch: English Park Wednesday 17th June 2010 (6pm–10pm)

Course 4 Christchurch: English Park Wednesday 14th July 2010 (6pm–10pm)

Cost: $15 per person

We are willing to pay for coaches or parent volunteers who are willing to act as referees – please contact Fred if you are interested.
